Refund and Returns Policy

Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Made to Measure products (except for defects or errors).
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Made to Measure Products Made to Measure items are tailored to your specifications and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective. However, we consider complaints on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. A flat fee of €30 will be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Returns missing parts, labels, or packaging may incur partial refunds.
  • Defective items will be fully refunded or exchanged.

Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.

Gifts Gift returns receive store credit if marked as a gift. Refunds for unmarked gifts are issued to the purchaser.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Lost Returns Use trackable shipping or insurance for high-value returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
