Return Process

To request a return:

2. Wait for confirmation and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Funds will be returned via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability.
If an item is not available, a refund will be issued.
